Where do you ship the package from?We ship our products worldwide from China.

How to track my items?You can check your order tracking number under “My Orders” → “View Order Details”.We will upload the tracking number once we receive it from the shipping carrier, which normally takes about 3 business days.

Will all my items be shipped together or in multiple packages?If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will not usually be shipped together.We ship them separately to reduce customs duties and the risk of damage during transit.

Why are there several tracking numbers in my order details?In most cases, this means the original tracking number has been updated to a new one.In other cases, multiple items in the same order may have separate tracking numbers.Due to system limitations, we cannot label each tracking number to a specific item.If you have trouble tracking your parcel, please contact us.

What should I do if tracking shows the package was returned or unusual?If your package is returned or you notice anything unusual, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it for you promptly.Once the package arrives in your country, you may also contact your local postal service for more information.

How do you handle customs tax?
- For buyers in the United States: Good news — there are no import taxes at all.
- For buyers in EU countries: All taxes are already included in the shipping cost.
- For buyers in other countries (Canada, Peru, UK, etc.): We declare each package at a low value (around $5–8) to minimize the chance of import duties.
