No issue with the item:
Due to the long distance of international transportation, we strive to ensure that the boxes are in perfect condition, but we cannot guarantee that each box will be flawless. - Item has defects :You may contact us via email([email protected]), describe the issues you have encountered to our staff, and provide photo evidence.We will send the customer replacement part first, it may take some days(14-90 days) depending on the factory response speed. After we receive the replacement part and ship it to you, the warehouse will send you an email with a tracking number.
If the factory can't provide replacement parts, we will offer a partial refund to buyers in the following two situations:
1. After-sales requests submitted within one month of receiving the product.
2. Requests related to products found damaged upon unboxing, and where the buyer can provide videos or pictures as evidence.
Customers need to be responsible for the resell shipping cost if they do not accept replacement parts or partial refund and insist on returning the item.
